Cancellations - Camping Isla de Ons

MODIFICATIONS: Modifications requested by the customer must be communicated and requested by the reservation holder in writing to modificacionesons@vioviajes.com at least 15 days in advance (deadline established by the Maritime-Terrestrial National Park Regulations for the cancellation of visit authorization) and will be subject to availability. Modifications are understood to include: changing dates, reducing or extending the stay, variations in the number of guests, changing the reservation holder, changes in transfer times, changes in departure and arrival ports, etc.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations requested by the customer must be communicated and requested by the reservation holder in writing to modificacionesons@vioviajes.com at least 15 days in advance (deadline established by the Maritime-Terrestrial National Park Regulations for the cancellation of visit authorization) for a full refund of the amount paid. If notified less than 15 days in advance, cancellation fees will be 100% of the amount paid. The written communication must include: accommodation booking locator, maritime transport booking locator, check-in and check-out dates, name, surname, and ID number of the reservation holder. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (medical emergency, legal cause, or other duly justified reason), the amount paid will be refunded as long as an official justification is provided. In this situation, date changes are also offered if availability exists. When cancellations are the responsibility of the organizer, the customer will be fully reimbursed. The camping reserves the right to cancel a reservation within a maximum of 48 hours if any anomalies or overbooking situations are detected. If payment has already been received, it will be fully refunded as soon as possible.
