RESERVATION MODE:
To be able to make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 100% of the reservation. There are boats with daily departures to the Island of Ons from the ports of Bueu and Portonovo. The reservation mode is through this WEB.
IMPORTANT
The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. It is necessary to book the stay before arriving on the island. By agreement with Naviera Nabia, all campers are guaranteed a place on their boats. There is the possibility of renting sleeping bags and mats. (After availability check)

How can a reservation be canceled or modified?
Modifications: The modifications requested by the client must be communicated in writing to modificaons@vioviajes.com at least 15 days in advance and will be subject to availability. We understand by modification: change of dates, reduction or extension of the stay, variation in the number of people housed, change of ownership, change of schedules in the transfers, changes of ports of departure and arrival, etc.
Cancellation of reservations
Cancellations: Cancellations requested by the client must be communicated in writing to modificationsons@vioviajes.com with at least 15 days in advance, for the total refund of the amount paid. The written communication must include: Accommodation reservation locator, Maritime transportation reservation locator, Date of entry and exit of the accommodation, Name, surname and ID of the holder of the reservation and Account number with IBAN to make the refund. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (medical emergency, court case or other duly justified reason), the amount paid will be refunded provided an official receipt is presented. In this situation, the change of dates is also offered if there is availability.
Do I need to have an authorization to camp?
At the time you make the reservation you are already authorized to stay overnight on the Island of Ons.
